All you will need |
Soak picks |
Cut in half |
Remove seeds and veins |
Place on rack in pan so the grease has somewhere to drip |
Fill with cream cheese and I mean fill |
Wrap bacon |

mmmm... bacon. Oh and stick pick through these so that the bacon doesn't fall off when cooking |
Bake these at 375 until the bacon is cooked you your liking. Some people like it rubbery (gross) and some people like it more on the crispy side!
From now on I think I am going to format the blog more like this. The pictures and the recipe is too much for my busy lifestyle (aka my rerun watching schedule)
